Job Vacancy: Social Media Specialist (Short-form & Static Content)

📍 Location: Remote
Hours: Fulltime (32-40 hours)

Are you a creative social media expert with a talent for short-form video and visual content? Wavy Amsterdam is looking for a Social Media Specialist to showcase our premium hair care products in a unique and impactful way.

What are you going to do?

- Creating engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that resonates with our target audience.

- Developing high-quality static content (images, carousels, infographics).

- Managing and optimizing our social media channels.

- Spotting trends and coming up with creative campaigns to increase our visibility.

- Analyzing the performance of content and implementing data-driven optimizations.

Who are you?

- Experience with social media content creation, including video editing and graphic design.

- Strong knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

- You have a smooth and creative pen for captions and storytelling.

- Experience with tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, and CapCut is a plus.

- You are aware of the latest social media trends and know how to go viral.

What are you going to do?

- Answering customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.

- Resolving issues with orders and returns.

- Advising customers about our products and providing the best service.

- Identifying common questions and thinking about improvements.

- Collaborating with the team to continuously optimize the customer experience.

Who are you?

- You are communicatively strong and customer-oriented.

- Experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus.

- You work accurately and know how to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

- Good command of the Dutch and English languages.

- You are a problem solver and enjoy thinking about improvements.
